No Surprises
Once you receive a price there will be no additions unless they are clearly explained, justified and agreed with you first. Any potential risks on a job are highlighted in advance.
Properly maintained, a resin bound driveway will last in excess of 25 years.
A resin bound driveway requires minimal maintenance as there are no loose stones to sweep away and weeds will not grow through the resin surface and superficial growth can simply be swept or pressure washed away.
With the exception of listed buildings that need planning permission for any internal and external alterations, you will not need planning permission if a new or replacement driveway of any size uses permeable (porous) surfacing which allows water to drain through.
This is correct as of January 2021 but we advise checking prior to installation.
As a rule you should wait 4 hours before walking on resin bound paving and 24 hours for vehicle use.
If you are uncertain, ask our friendly installers immediately after the installation is complete.
